This hotline operates from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. You are more than welcome to leave a voicemail and will be contacted the same day. However, if your question is urgent, we recommend that you call your individual school during school hours.
You can also reach the registration via email at [email protected]. You will receive a response within one school day. Be sure to include your child's name, grade, school, and a contact phone number. A Spanish representative is available to respond to emails as well.

Day of Registration:
As a reminder, student who have previously attended Wallace A. Smith Elementary will not need to come for registration. They will show up on the first day of school. Their classroom assignment was on their report card or can be found in the parent PowerSchool portal.
Pre-Registration should already be completed online! (See Above)
In order to finalize the registration process, school staff will review your submission and contact you with the next steps. Please wait for information from your child's school regarding the completion of the enrollment process. The following documents need to be presented in person at the school in order to complete the registration process even if you have uploaded the document to the online registration.
- A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate
- Tennessee School Immunization Certificate
- A photo ID of the parent or legal custodian
- Any custody documentation – We do NOT accept Power of Attorney
- Proof of residency:
- Lease, Mortgage or Deed
- Two (2) different utility bills dated within the last 30-60 days.
