Hello, my name is Dr. Kelley Weiss, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Wallace A. Smith School. For the past four years, I have had the privilege of working alongside our incredible students, staff, and families to continue building a strong culture of learning, leadership, and growth.

At Wallace A. Smith, we are committed to creating engaging learning experiences where students are active participants in their education. I believe in being a hands-on principal, and you will often find me in classrooms learning alongside students, participating in related arts activities, reading with students, or supporting instruction throughout the building. Building relationships with students and staff is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

During my time as principal, our school has achieved Reward School status each year, reflecting the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our entire school community. Our focus continues to center on high expectations, meaningful learning opportunities, and ensuring every student grows academically, socially, and emotionally.
